The Family Law section of Smith
Debnam Narron Wyche Saintsing & Myers, L.L.P. provides comprehensive and caring
legal services to individuals involved in all areas of domestic
law. Led by board-certified family law specialists, the
Family Law section offers up-to-date knowledge of changes
affecting domestic law and strategies for coping with domestic
issues.
The Family Law Section is comprised

Cynthia V. McAlister and Lynn W. Lupton.
Our attorneys make effort when
appropriate to resolve clients' domestic issues without resorting
to litigation, and are trained to represent clients at either
mediation or arbitration proceedings. If litigation becomes
necessary, our attorneys are experienced and prepared to represent
clients in all aspects of domestic law.
